Booking Terms
These terms apply to enquiries made through the Vermont Lake House website.
Booking Enquiries
Submitting the Booking Enquiries form does not create or confirm a reservation. Vermont Lake House will confirm availability and pricing with the guest before providing the Airbnb listing to complete the reservation.
Completing Your Reservation
Once dates and pricing are confirmed, guests will be directed to Airbnb to complete their booking and payment. The reservation becomes subject to the terms shown on Airbnb when the guest books.
Rates
Winter guide rates: Sunday to Thursday $700–$900 per night; Friday and Saturday $900–$1,200 per night. Rates vary by date and availability; holiday periods are excluded from these ranges and guests should contact Vermont Lake House for holiday pricing.
Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to each reservation.
Cleaning Fee
A $225 cleaning fee applies to each stay.
Maximum Occupancy
The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.
House Rules
No smoking. No pets.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
Payments
Payment is completed through Airbnb after availability and pricing have been confirmed.
Cancellations
The cancellation policy displayed on Airbnb when the guest completes their reservation will apply to the booking.
